The ARS 160R-1.8 is a professional long-reach pruning shear of premium Japanese quality. With a fixed length of 180 cm, it offers excellent reach for working up to approximately 3.5 meters without a ladder. The angled cutting head features a Cut & Hold mechanism, which securely holds the branch or stem after cutting. This allows controlled pruning and prevents branches from falling. The narrow cutting head is ideal for precision work and general pruning. The hardened, hard-chrome Japanese steel blade ensures long-lasting sharpness and corrosion resistance. The 255° rotating handle allows comfortable cutting from any angle, and the lightweight aluminum shaft provides excellent balance.
